Getting Started: Setting Up Phantom Gatekeeper

Adding your vehicles to the platform is a simple, two-part process: linking your registration details and securely connecting your vehicle’s telematics. Get your dashboard set up in under five minutes.

Step 1
Create Your Account
Download the Phantom Gatekeeper app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account. If you have already signed up via the website, simply log in using your existing credentials.
Step 2
Enter Your Registration Number
From your main dashboard, tap Add Vehicle. Enter your vehicle’s UK Registration Number (VRM). Our system will automatically pull in the make, model, and basic DVLA details to set up your digital garage profile.
Step 3
Connect Vehicle Telematics
Next, you will be prompted to Connect Vehicle. This links Phantom Gatekeeper directly to your car’s built-in computer.
  • Tap the connect button, and you will be securely redirected to your vehicle manufacturer’s official login portal (e.g., your Ford, BMW, or Tesla account).
  • Log in using the same email and password you use for your car’s native mobile app.
  • Review the permissions and tap Allow or Authorize.
Step 4
Setup Complete
You will be redirected back to the Phantom Gatekeeper app. Your dashboard will now display your vehicle, fully synced and ready to go.
