Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

Phantom Gatekeeper provides automated software tools designed to monitor vehicle administrative records and generate telemetry audit logs. We are a technology platform, not a law firm.

2. No Legal Advice

Any Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) defense packet generated by our platform is an automated audit log based on cryptographic data retrieved from your vehicle's manufacturer. It does not constitute certified legal counsel. You are solely responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting any documentation to the relevant constabulary. Phantom Gatekeeper makes no guarantees that the submission of our audit logs will result in the dismissal of fines, penalties, or criminal charges.

3. Subscriptions and API Fair Use

To maintain active nightly monitoring (which incurs direct API costs to our platform), you must maintain an active Premium subscription. If your payment method fails or is canceled, monitoring for your vehicles will be automatically paused until your account is brought back into good standing.

4. OEM Authentication and Authorization

By connecting your vehicle, you grant Phantom Gatekeeper permission to retrieve read-only telematics via our integration partners (e.g., Smartcar). You represent that you are the registered keeper or explicitly authorized operator of any vehicle you link to this platform.
